The Crown Point Clerk - Treasurer's Office is dedicated to providing the best customer service possible to our Citizens.  Our employees are here to answer any questions you may have regarding your water bills, along with many calls we receive regarding questions and concerns our residents have pertaining to our day to day City operations.  With in the Clerks office we have the City Treasurer Dave Benson, Chief Deputy Bette Babjak, Customer Service Department, Billing Department, Bookkeeping Department, and Payroll.

*IF YOU DO PAY THROUGH THE LINK, THERE IS A NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICE FEE CHARGED BY THE PROCESSING COMPANY. BILL PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE CARD OR E-CHECK.

The Clerk's Office bills out over 14,000 Water Utility accounts each month as well as processing those payments. We also have approximately 1200 Contractors licensed with the City.  We process payments for Water Utilities, Contractor Licensing, Building Permits, Ordinance Violations and much more. 

Board of Works and City Council meeting agendas and minutes are prepared by the Clerk Treasurer and staff.  Ordinances, Resolutions, and All Official City Documents are available and on file in the Clerk's office.

We are here to assist the public in obtaining public information documents or other information pertinent to the City of Crown Point.
