City of Crown Point 2008
In order to reward the City of Crown Point's hard-working employees, Mayor David D.F. Uran created the "Employee of the Month" program. This program was designed to recognize the exceptional performance(s) of City employees while encouraging all employees to go above and beyond their job description.
The City's Special Events Department in collaboration with the Crown Point Chamber of Commerce select one (1) employee each month to receive the award.
